 A Heartbreaking Incident in Malibu In Malibu’s scenic Pacific Coast Highway (PCH), a devastating crash claimed the lives of four young women. They were walking near the beautiful La Costa Beach and the iconic Malibu Pier when tragedy struck on Tuesday night.
