    A Heartbreaking Incident in Malibu

In Malibu’s scenic Pacific Coast Highway (PCH), a devastating crash claimed the lives of four young women. They were walking near the beautiful La Costa Beach and the iconic Malibu Pier when tragedy struck on Tuesday night.

    The Unfolding of the Tragedy

Around 8:30 p.m., a black BMW sped westbound on the PCH. This vehicle lost control, sideswiped several parked cars, and eventually crashed. Consequently, four vehicles got involved in this tragic chain of events. The four women, unfortunately, were hit by the out-of-control car. Tragically, they didn’t survive.

    Casualties and Injuries

Two other individuals sustained injuries in the mishap. They were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital. However, details about their condition remain undisclosed.

Speaking to KTLA, a Los Angeles fire captain conveyed the gravity of the situation. He mentioned, “A terrible car crash has closed down all of PCH. We have four victims who didn’t make it. The sheriff’s team is on the scene, conducting a thorough investigation.”

    Possible Causes and Aftermath

Preliminary findings suggest that the BMW might have been speeding. As a result, the 22-year-old driver now finds himself in custody. Authorities expect to charge him with vehicular manslaughter.

Following the crash, officials temporarily closed the PCH between Las Flores Canyon Road and Carbon Canyon Road. The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department is now gathering evidence to understand the events better.

    Final Thoughts

Our hearts go out to the victims’ families during this challenging time. This tragedy underscores the importance of road safety and the potential consequences of recklessness
